Vital Strategies partners with governments to rapidly design and implement public health initiatives. With their latest initiative,, they sought a creative partner who could take on the challenge of displaying large amounts of data in a clear, concise way for a world-wide audience ranging from top-ranking government officials to the general population, high to basic education levels, already involved to desiring to act.

Beginning with branding, we worked on an overarching brand for the Prevent Epidemics initiative as well as two subbrands for an award they give out (Ready Prize) and their success stories (Insights). All three brandmarks utilize the red to green color progression mimicking the colors assigned to each country’s readiness (not ready through ready) and included circles, a direct reflection of how the readiness percentage displays on the site. Each uses a individual elements to compose an overall geometric shape, tying the marks together in one cohesive family.
