AMP — accelerated mobile pages — is a Google initiative aimed at speeding up the load time and ranking for mobile websites based on a very rigid, structured method of development.
Users weren’t adapting the platform because the existing set of templates were stagnant and dry; they couldn’t see the potential to function and look good. They came to us with the challenge of being highly creative inside the bounds of their technical environment to showcase how real content could work.
Focusing on mobile / tablet devices, we worked closely with Google’s product team proposing ideas to work within the tight parameters, designing and coding a final template to open potential users’ minds to new possibilities.
